At Ritu Jewels, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you receive an item that is damaged or you may receive a wrong order. Please read our exchange policy below:

No Returns or Refunds:
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any of our products since we primarily deal with fashion jewellery (which could be worn for parties and special events and then returned). However, we understand that you may not always find an alternative product that you like at the time of exchange. In these cases, we provide store credit, which you can use for any future purchases.
